Brokenhead Ojibway Nation Chief and Council take allegations of fraud, mismanagement, and theft very seriously. When this matter was brought to our attention, the BON Administration took steps to begin an immediate investigation.
We are confident that our CEO of the BON Development Corporation will obtain all the facts to determine if the allegations of fraud are credible.
Any personnel matters that arise will be addressed in accordance with BON Personnel Policies and the Canada Labour Code. Pending the outcome, the Chief and Council and the BON Administration will not comment specifically out of respect for the employee’s rights to confidentiality.
